Life after a LONG deployment

Just woke up from my power nap. So damn tired and shag due to after my 24hours shift and straight get to my competition at Sentosa. Police Sports Association (PSA) Inter-Div Beach Volleyball Competition held at Sentosa Tanjong Beach today. Arrived at Tanjong Beach and saw many familiar faces, my friends, from other division, so damn many were also playing for their own unit. Even saw Tiffany, Kimberly, WuGui, Leonard and many others from Tracom during basic training.

It was a freaking hot day in Singapore today and I was burnt after playing under the hot sun for a period of time. Team SOC was so called "lucky' to meet the strong teams in our group stage this year. 'J' Division, SecCom, 'G' Division. The 1st 2 teams were strong while 'G' Division wasn't that bad too. 1st match was against 'J' Div, national players is what they got. We fought hard but only manage to get a few points. They were too strong for us. Ended with a score of losing 8-21 to 'J' Division. 2nd match was against SecCom, close fight we had. All I can say is perharps we had lost by luck with a score of 16-21. 'G' Div match, manage to clinch the win with a score of 21-8. They weren't that bad just that they lost by our service. Anyway Great Job to Team SOC. Cheers.
