Bad Disappointing DAY

Alright, had a really bad day today as alot not really good things happened. One of my colleague collasped during training due to heat exhaustion. A very fit macho guy. The situation was damn scary as he just gone down and in pain / difficulties. When I saw it, my heart sanks. I was really afraid as I watching him struggling and I can't really help him which makes me feel bad and useless. Sun was really hot recently so please do hydrate yourself if needed.

Disappointing matter which I was wondering yesterday did happened. Probably lack of training, no one fault - this I must say. Good Life = Bad Result. Bad Life = Good Result. It is always like that in life. It always need a price if u want to play. I do have high expectation in myself even I couldn't make it. I like to train and I have no great mental strength which makes me gave up easily.

Life is getting tiring. Trainings are tiring and tough. Body aches and lack of rest. What a life. Life's a bitch.
