Road March Road MarchJust came back home from camp. Was forced to stay in as we had road march yesterday night. Damn tiring, shag and tough. 12km with 10kg sandbag and Mp5 with a very very fast pace. How to catch up? Expectation was very high on us but that standard was really too fast for a beginner or a starter. End of Changi to End of East Coast Park.
2 resting point and 3 milo bar but instead I only took 1 bar and the remaining 2 I lost it. As pacing fast, my foot started to grow
BLISTERS and muscles are starting to ache. phew! after 12km finally finished. Bus send us back to base. Got a short lecture as during the march there were quarrels here and there.
Back to room, 1st thing to do;
SHOWER? no!!
FOOD! yes is food. grab all my ration out and share among others. Even go to other room to look for better food. Luckily my locker still got pepsi twist. LMAO! shower was after munching and went to bed.
Morning today, 7.50am supposing to fall in for breakfast as 9am is our repelling lesson. Was too tired, shag to even move myself and get off the bed for breakfast so i skipped breakfast and woke up at 8.45am and get ready for my 9am repelling session.
Repelling was fun today. But kinda unlucky that my knee hit the wall and was sort of swollen and damn painful. HA! book out 4.30pm. So early. Fetched Poh Lye home and follow by myself.
Tomorrow is force on force lesson. HAHA. damn shiok. to shoot ppl and also enjoy the feeling of being shot. I guess it will be a painful experience but no matter what I will still enjoy it!
Planning to go shopping to get some better socks for my next road march, or else wearing boots to pace long distance will cause blister which will be very very painful. Any recommendations?
