3May - Sentosa

It has been such a long time i headed to the beach. Finally get my ass down there. Although I reach there very late this time, but i still enjoy with the sun and volleyball. finally get to meet paige but not jz. Play volleyball. here and there. set a nice high ball for mr MOHAWK!. He smack the ball. He thunder the ball straight direct at my mouth. Bleed just flow out of my gums and lips. Everyone was like : OMG! are you okay. and I was fine and I told them I m okay. and Mr MOHAWK was actually so guilty and keep saying sorry to me. Left the beach around 4pm. quite early but have no choice.

Is time to train up my fitness already. I been slacking alot, beside that I had been drinking. time to cut down.
